- Prepare 1 large pack chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
- Use Sprinkle black pepper
- You need Sprinkle Garlic powder
- Use 1 cup mayonnaise
- Take 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- Provide 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Take 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Take Butter cooking spray
