- You need 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- Get 1 teaspoon salt
- You need 2 lbs boneless pork ribs
- Prepare 1/2 small container (or.5 oz) Barbeque seasoning

- Whisk together brown sugar, salt, & seasoning in a bowl and pour into a big ziploc baggie. Add ribs.
- Shake to coat and store in the refrigerator overnight or 8 hours.
- Let ribs sit at room temperature for one hour prior to grilling.
- Heat your grill to between 350 and 450 degrees, depending on your grill. Cook ribs, covered, 5-7 minutes per side until crunchy and browned. Don't forget the sides!
