Healthy eating is now a great deal more popular than in the past and rightfully so. Poor diet is one factor in health conditions such as heart disease and high blood pressure which can put a drain on the economy. There are more and more efforts to try to get us to follow a healthier lifestyle and still it is also easier than ever to rely on fast, convenient food that is not good for our health. Most people typically believe that healthy diets call for much work and will significantly change the way they live and eat. Contrary to that information, people can change their eating habits for the better by making a couple of small changes.
One initial thing you can do is to pay close attention to the choices you make when you’re at the grocery because you most likely buy a lot of food items out of habit. For example, in all likelihood you have never checked the box of your favorite cereal to see its sugar content. Consuming a bowl of oatmeal will give you the energy to face the day while protecting your heart simultaneously. You don’t like eating oatmeal on its own, try mixing in fresh fruits that have other healthy nutrients and as such, one modest change to your diet has been achieved.
As you can see, it is not hard to start making healthy eating a regular part of your daily lifestyle.
We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to grilled beef ribs recipe. You can cook grilled beef ribs using 3 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
The ingredients needed to cook Grilled Beef Ribs:
- Use 1 Rack of beef ribs
- Take 1 Your favorite beef dry rub
- Provide 1 Squeeze butter or margerin
Instructions to make Grilled Beef Ribs:
- Pull membrane off the bone side of ribs. VERY important if you want tender ribs. It's a clear, thin layer on the back of the rack, but it pulls off fairly easy.
- Coat the ribs generously with dry rub. Spank it! (I always spank it)
- Grill over direct heat for 5mins on each side (get a good brown color on there)
- Wrap in heavy duty foil and squeeze butter over the meat (feel free to dress it up with onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
- Cook over indirect heat at 375° for 45mins. (bone should begin to show when done) Brush your preference of BBQ sauce on both sides and let it caramelize. (I make my own sauce)
- Separate ribs and let cool to serve.
