- Prepare 2 fresh clean cut and trimmed ribs
- You need 4 tbl Meenable Pyramids Grill rub
- Use 2 tsp Thyme
- You need leaves Mint
- Use 1 cup Parsley
- Use 1 Lemon wedges
- Prepare 5 cubes Seasoning
- Prepare 1 cup Oil
- You need 2 tbs Crush ginger and garlic

- Prepare your grill by make fire for heat
- Rub your ribs completely with MEENABLE PYRAMIDS GRILL RUB. Then mix - oil,seasoning, ginger and garlic paste. Rub in very well then sprinkle thyme and add parsley together with mint and lemon wedges.
- Wrap it up in a foil paper tightly and place on an iron rack. Not too close to the heat.
