  1. Provide 4 large eggs
  2. Take 2 pieces sausage
  3. Take 1 small sized carrot
  4. You need 1/3 bulb of moderate sized onions

Instructions to make Boiled egg:
  1. Clean and wash the carrot. Dice the carrot and onions and set aside.
  2. Boil the sausage with seasoning for few mins then fry. Cut the sausage and set aside. Put water in a pot on fire and bring to boil.
  3. Break and whisk the egg, add a little salt and seasoning powder. Pour whisked egg in the ziploc bag, add the onions, sausage, carrot and pepper (optional).
  4. Put the bag in the boiling water and allow to cook. The timing depends on the quantity of egg prepared. For this, I allowed it for 15mins.
