The ingredients needed to prepare Boiled egg:
- Provide 4 large eggs
- Take 2 pieces sausage
- Take 1 small sized carrot
- You need 1/3 bulb of moderate sized onions
- Take Pinch seasoning powder
- Take Pinch Salt
- Prepare 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- You need Water
- Get bag Ziploc
Instructions to make Boiled egg:
- Clean and wash the carrot. Dice the carrot and onions and set aside.
- Boil the sausage with seasoning for few mins then fry. Cut the sausage and set aside. Put water in a pot on fire and bring to boil.
- Break and whisk the egg, add a little salt and seasoning powder. Pour whisked egg in the ziploc bag, add the onions, sausage, carrot and pepper (optional).
- Put the bag in the boiling water and allow to cook. The timing depends on the quantity of egg prepared. For this, I allowed it for 15mins.
- Ready to be served.
