- Take 1/2 cup cooked couscous
- You need 1/4 cup each- sweet corn, peas, carrots chopped

- Into a kadhai/pan heat some drops of oil and saute ivy gourd till light brown. Same way saute peas and carrots in oil. Add salt to it while sauteing.And saute sweet corn in butter. Keep aside to cool down completely.
