- You need 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
- You need 4 eggs (room temperature)
- Prepare 1/2 cup caster sugar
- Take 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Use 1 tbsp lemon zest
- Provide 3 tbsp icing sugar for garnishing (optional)
