- Get 4 oz butter
- Prepare 4 oz caster sugar
- Prepare 2 eggs
- Provide 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Get 4 oz gluten free flour

Steps to make Gluten Free Cupcakes:
- Weigh out the ingredients into bowls. Melt the butter for 30 seconds in a microwaveable bowl. Add the butter and sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk with an electric whisk for 1 min.
- Add the eggs and the vanilla essence. Whisk on a high setting for at least 5 mins until the mixtures thickens and becomes white a creamy.
