  1. Prepare grated & drained coconut
  2. Prepare milk
  3. Get flour
  4. Get baking powder
  5. Prepare salt
  6. Take butter
  7. Provide sugar (white sugar)

Steps to make Coconut cake:
  1. In a small bowl, sift flour, baking powder & salt together
  2. Beat the butter & sugar together until light & fluffy(mixture should now be light in color)
  3. Preheat your oven at 200°
  4. Add milk to coconut water to make a cup
  5. Beat eggs till foamy, then add bit by bit into the butter mix and stir at the same time as you're adding it(make sure it's thoroughly mixed with the egg with each bit added)
  6. Add in the vanilla extract
  7. Pour in the flour mixture alternatively with the coconut milk mixture, mix all till thoroughly incorporated
  8. Fold in grated coconut till evenly combined

  11. Bake in pre-heated oven until golden brown (and a tester inserted in the middle should come out free of crumbs)
