The ingredients needed to prepare Simple Calabacitas:
  1. Take zucchini (cut in half lengthwise, then in 1/4" slices)
  2. Prepare yellow squash (cut in half lengthwise, then in 1/4" slices)
  3. Take ear of sweet corn kernels

  7. Get Mozzerella cheese, shredded
