  3. Now cook excess water along with add all spices salt,red chilli,haldi,zeera,and coriander and oil bonify it for 5m until oil separate from masala
  4. After that add potato add carrots(👉cutting should be very thin) and again cook it for 8m with the remaining garam masala and methi
  5. Now add half cup water mix it and keep it on Dum for 8-9m Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with paratha and roti
