The ingredients needed to make Steamed veggies ball:
- Get 1/2 finely chopped carrot
- Prepare 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
- You need 9-10 french beans finely chopped
- You need 1 small finely chopped potato
- Use 1/4 bowl finely chopped spring onion
- Use as per taste Salt
- Get as per taste Red chilli powder
- Use 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- Provide 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Use As required sesame seeds
- Take 1 tbsp Maggi masala
- You need 5 cups water
- Use 7-8 tbsp cornflour
Steps to make Steamed veggies ball:
- In a pan add 5 cups of water or as per the requirement to soak veggies, add finely chopped carrot, capsicum, french beans, potato, in water and add a pinch of salt and boil it for 2 minutes. And drain the water completely by seep.
- Now in a bowl add these drained veggies, salt as per taste, chopped spring onion, Maggi masala, red chilli powder, 5-6 tbsp corn flour. Mix the mixture well and form small balls. If required you can add more cornflour to bind.
- Now use steamer or any flat seep. In large vessel add 2 cup water and preheat. Now put these veggie balls in it and and close the lid. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Now in small bowl add tomato sauce, soya sauce, pinch of salt, pinch of red chilli powder, and some sesame seeds. Mix well. Once balls are steamed pour this sauce on it. And veggies ball are ready to serve hot with tempting sauce mix.
