  1. Take 12 egg yolks (from large eggs)
  2. Get 14 oz condensed milk (397g)
  3. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  5. Take 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions to make Leche Flan:
  1. Prepare steamer by boiling 2 liters of water.
  2. Set molds on the stove under low-heat setting. Add sugar and gently swirl using until it caramelizes. Set aside to cool and harden on a flat surface.
  3. Whisk yolks in a bowl. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
