  1. Provide brown/white bread
  2. Take milk
  3. You need fresh malai from top of milk
  4. Take condensed milk
  5. Use Little saffron

Instructions to make Baked Cream Delight:
  1. Keep milk for boiling. Boil milk for 5-6 mins.
  2. Soak & dissolved saffron strands in 2 tbsp hot milk. Soak almond in hot water. Discard skin from soaked almond. Finely chopped blanched almonds and pistachios. Keep aside.
  3. After 5 minutes add condensed milk to boiling milk. Again boil it for 5 minutes. Remove from flame.
  4. Apply ghee on both sides of bread slices. Place in Airfryer 2-3 slices at a time. Baked at 180 for 7-10 mins till crispy golden brown.(Flip once in between). Similarly prepare/ Airfry all bread slices.
  5. Grease baking tray. Arrange bread slices in it. On it pour prepared milk mixture.
  6. Spread malai. Sprinkle saffron milk all over. Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios flakes.
  7. Preheat oven for 5 mins. Place prepared cake tin it. Bake for 20-25 minutes.(Temperature may vary with different models of oven). Cool it.
  8. Serve/ Relish Delicious Baked Cream Delight.
