- Get Butter
- You need Sugar (combination of brown sugar & caster sugar)

- Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. Keep it aside.

- Take old kadhai, take about 1/2 kg salt in it. Place metal ring of at least 1” height in the center and put metal plate above it. Cover it and preheat on a high flame for about 15 minutes.
- Once preheated, transfer cookie balls on the steel plate greased with oil.
- Slightly flatten them and cook on a low flame for 15-18 minutes.
