  1. Take butter, room temp
  2. Prepare raw sugar
  3. Take white sugar
  4. Provide vanilla sugar (8g) or 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Get egg, lightly beaten
  6. Prepare cake flour
  7. Take AP flour
  8. Take baking powder
  9. Get salt or 1/4 tsp salt if using salted butter
