- Use turnip
- Take onion
- Take tomato
- Prepare garlic pods
- Get ginger
- Use chopped coriander leaves

- Wash and peel vegetables. Cut in pieces.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and tomato and sauté till oil leaves.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well.
