  1. You need 150 grams sliced mushrooms
  2. Get 1 sliced onion
  3. Take 1 tbsp butter
  4. You need 2 tbsp cream
  5. Get 1 tsp lemon juice

  7. Get 1/2 crushed black pepper
  8. Get 1 tsp grated ginger
  9. You need 1 tbsp cornflour
  10. Take 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Mushroom soup:
  1. Wipe the mushrooms with dry clothes and cut into thin slices. Heat a pan, add butter, ginger, onion, fry a little.
  2. Add mushrooms, salt, black pepper. Mix well. Cover it. and cook on low flame for 5 minutes mushrooms are cooked. Turn off the flame.
  3. Grind 3/4 mushrooms. and leave 1/4 mushroom in the pan. Put some water in the mixer and grind the mushrooms. Mushrooms are ground.
  4. Now add the ground mushrooms to the pan. Add 2 cups. Water to it. Let it cook till it boils. Mix. cornflour in water..Once the mushrooms soup starts boiling, add cornflour batter to it. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add half cream to it and remaining half cream in the end of garnishing. Add coriander leaves. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Soup is ready to serve. Garnish with cream. Hot and tasty soup is ready.
