  1. You need 2 Small bulb - shaped gourd
  2. You need 100 g Cottage Cheese , small cubes
  3. Take 2 Onion , sliced thin
  4. You need Mozzarella , shredded
  5. Take Thyme
  6. Prepare Cinnamon stick

  1. Wash and cut the gourds in bowl shaped halves.
  2. Scoop out the insides of the gourd using a spoon.
  3. In a big pan, boil 4 cups of water with cinnamon and salt. Immerse the gourd bowls in the water, faced down, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in another pan and saute the onions.
