- Place ur pot on medium heat add oil and cumin seed or powder wit little clove….add turmeric powder and ur onions till brown then u add the diced tomatoes and attarugu cook for 15mins
- Add ur chicken in with corriander,black pepper,red chilli and seasons…cook for 20mins then add 2 to 3 tbs of plain youghurt
