  1. Prepare medium raw mango
  2. Use mint leaves
  3. Take jeera powder
  4. Provide fennel seed

  1. Take 5 medium size raw mangoes. Peel the skin off and wash them. Add in a pressure cooker. Take 1.5 cups of water and close the lid.

  3. On a tawa add 2 tsp of jeera black pepper and fennel seed. Dry roast them and let it cool and make a coarse powder.
