- Prepare medium raw mango
- Use mint leaves
- Take jeera powder
- Provide fennel seed
- Use black pepper
- Get sugar
- Use chat masala

- Take 5 medium size raw mangoes. Peel the skin off and wash them. Add in a pressure cooker. Take 1.5 cups of water and close the lid.
- Pressure cook untill 2-3 whistles and switch the flame off and let allow it to cool down.
- On a tawa add 2 tsp of jeera black pepper and fennel seed. Dry roast them and let it cool and make a coarse powder.
