- Get Boneless chicken (cubed)
- Prepare Dark soya sauce
- Take brown sugar

- In a mixing bowl, combine dark soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder,coconut milk,salt, crushed garlic and hot pepper sauce. Place the chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
