- In a bowl add the chicken strips, along with rest of the ingredients and mix well, and add it to skewers.

- In a small bowl mix 1 teaspoon of cornflour with water, and slowly add to the sauce and mix well. You can add sugar or honey after this.
- To the sauce, add the chicken skewers and mix well, and cook it in low flame for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with Cilantro, and serve.
