- Provide 1 kosher pickle
- Prepare 2 slices swiss cheese I used tillamook
- You need 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- You need 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Take 1-1/2 vine ripened tomatoes
- Use 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- Get 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- Prepare 1 hoagie bun
- Provide To taste salt and ground black pepper
Instructions to make Tomato Sandwich:
- Slice the tomatoes thin. Preheat the oven on hi broil. Add mayonnaise and dijon mustard to the hoagie bun. Add tomato slices on both sides of the bun. Season with salt and pepper. Toast in the oven 3 minutes.
- Lay two slices of cheese on top of the tomatoes. Add pickles, olives, and parmesan cheese.
