- You need For mango layer
- Take 2 cups mango puree
- You need 1 tsp agar agar powder / gelatine
- You need 2 tbsp hot water
- Prepare For cream layer
- Prepare 1 cup milk full cream
- Provide 1 cup fresh cream
- Use 1/2 cup sugar
- Provide 1 tsp agar agar powder/gelatine
- Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Use Pinch salt
- Get Few mango pieces and mint leaves for garnishing

- Firstly in a mixing bowl take 1tsp agar agar powder and add 2tbsp hot water
- Mix well add dissolve agar agar completely
- Further add 2cups of mango puree
- Mix well making sure the pulp gets mixed up with agar agar uniformly
- Place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly
- Pour in prepared mango puree till it reaches the rim
- Now refrigerate it for 2-3hrs till it sets completely
- After 3hrs make sure to check the mango mixture has set completely
- Now prepare cream layer by heating up milk
- Add in 1tsp agar agar powder and whisk well
- Cook the milk on medium low heat till it steam (do not boil)

- Let milk cool for 10mins in room temperature before pouring to the glass
