  1. Cook the rice and have it soft. Drain and set aside. In either a mortar & pestle or blender add turmeric powder, coarsely crushed ginger and garlic. Blend. Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, fish sauce, red chilli sauce, 1 Tbsp rice and blend until sticky
