- Prepare 3 medium size sweet pepper

- Use Shredded carrots
- Get Sliced cucumbers

- Start by washing your bell pepper remove the seed and roast then coarsely blend
- Wash and cut the chicken breast then add all the ingredients in the marinade section and marinade from 2 hours to over night
- Mean while add oil in a pan and add your grated onion and chillies and sauté for 3 minutes then add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes before adding 1/2 cup oil cover the pan and allow it to cook till soft and all the water evaporates
- Now add 1 tablespoon cream cheese to the bell pepper together with the onion and garlic powder and mix
- In a pan warm your shawarma bread and set it aside bake sure you enclose it in a damp tea towel if not it will dry within the blink of an eye😪 okay not within the blink of an eye but within minute
- Shred your cabbage and slice your cucumber wash them and set aside
- Now to assemble take one of the bread then cut it in to half and put the half in he center of the other one as shown below ( this will prevent the main bread from getting soaked by the juice
