The ingredients needed to make Kothu Chapathi:
- Prepare 4 Chapathi
- You need 1/2 cup any kuruma/salna
- Take 1 onion chopped
- Use 1 tomato chopped
- Provide Mustard seeds to temper
- You need 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare leaves Curry
- Prepare 2 Egg
- You need Spice Powder (1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, a pinch of turmeric powder)

Steps to make Kothu Chapathi:
- Cut chapathi into pieces. Keep it aside
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds. Add onion, curry leaves and sauté well. Add tomato and sauté well. Add salt and all spice powders. Sauté until raw smell goes.
- Pour egg and scramble it until it’s 3/4th cooked
- Add chapathi and kuruma/salna. Give it good mix.
- Use a stainless steel ladle or cup which has sharp edge and mince the mixture well with pounding action.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
