  2. Use 5/8 cup flour, self raising
  3. Prepare 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  5. Take 1 1/2 cup corn kernels, canned and drained
  6. You need 5/16 cup bunch of coriander, roughly chopped

  1. In a saucepan boil the sweet potato until half done (they should be soft but not completely done). Remove from saucepan, let cool for 10 minutes and coarsely grate the potatoes.
