The ingredients needed to prepare Star Roti:
- Take As needed Kneaded wheat flour with little salt and ghee
- Get 100 gms Almond
- Prepare 50 gms cashews
- Prepare 10-15 Raisins
- Use 1 tbsp Ghee
- Take 2 tbsp milk, if needed

- Take almonds in a mixie, blend to coarse powder. Add cashews to it, blend to fine powder without over pulsing it, as it will leave oil. Add raisins and 1 tbsp ghee to it, blend to a thick paste, add 1 or 2 tbsp milk if needed to blend it evenly.
