The ingredients needed to cook Strawberry and Thyme Jam:
- Use 660 g fresh and ripe strawberries
- Prepare 330 g castor sugar
- Take 20 ml lemon juice
- Use 4 sprigs thyme
- Take 1 tbsp pectin
