- Take 12 jalapeno pepers
- Provide 3 oz grater monterrey jack
- Provide 3 oz cheddar

- You need 1 cup of bread crumbs
- Use 2 tbsp dried oregano
- Use 4 or 5 cups ov vegetable oir to deep-fry

- wash and cut the jalapenos, just cut the tail side cut the top veins with a knife then i used a bottom part of the spoon rotaring inside the jalapeno to extract the veins and seeds!

- heat oil to aroud 325 in a medium sauce pan!
- once is hot fry chiles in batches until golden brown or about 5 to 6 mins!
- then dry them in a bunch of towels to take some grease off!
