- Scoop 12 equal sized mounds & place on a lined baking tray 6cms apart. Do not flatten them
- Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 deg C for 18 mins
- Leave to cool on the baking sheet for 4 to 5 Mins then transfer them to a cooling rack to harden as they cool
