  2. Get 100 g Tempura Flour
  3. Get 1/2 cup Water
  4. Provide 2 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaf (finely julienne)
  5. Take Little Salt and Pepper
  6. You need 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  7. Take 3 tbsp Ready Chili Dip

  1. Prepare flour mixture by mixing tempura flour, water, salt and pepper then mix well. Texture is lightly thick liquid.
