  1. You need approx Fruit syrup from fruit, jam, or marmalade
  2. Get White wheat flour, enough to batter
  3. You need chia seeds
  4. Prepare brown flax seeds
  5. Take ground bay leaves
  6. Take rosemary concentrate
  7. Prepare herbal salt
  8. Prepare water
  9. Prepare baking powder

  11. Use Vegetable oil for cooking pancakes

  1. Grind the flax and chia seeds together and put in mixing bowl.
