  1. Cook whole night soaked channa, one cardamom and salt, keep aside.
  2. Heat the kadai, add oil, jeera seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf and fry them. Add onion and green chilli, mix nicely. Add ginger garlic paste and fry them.
  3. Add chopped tomato and mix nicely. Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and dry mango powder and mix and cook few minutes. Now add chana (chole) masala and mix nicely.
