- You need 1 cup Boiled black chickpeas
- Provide 1/2 cup Chopped onions
- You need 1 cup Tomato puree
- Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Take 8-10 Curry leaves
- Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 2 tsp Chilli powder
- Provide 2 tsp Coriander powder

- Get 2 tbsp Cream

- In a pan heat oil at medium flame. When ready add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- When mustard seeds start to splitter add in the chopped onions and saute them well on low flame.
- Once the onions start to turn light pink add in the dry spices. Saute for about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally or until you get a nice aroma.
- Now it's time to add the tomato puree and cook the gravy for 2 minutes.
