- Get black chickpea (kale chane) soaked overnight
- Use ginger garlic
- Take few coriander leaves
- Get big onion sliced
- Take medium tomato chopped

- Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes sautey till tomatoes are soft add coriander leaves mix well remove from heat
- Grind adding water into a fine paste
- Heat oil in cooker add red chilli coriander cumin turmeric salt garam masala sautey for few seconds make sure oil is not very hot
- Add masala paste sautey over medium heat till oil comes out then add soaked chana
- Sautey 1 minute over high heat add water and pressure cook 1whistle in high heat and then simmer till chana is tender
