  2. Get 3 cups flour
  3. You need 1 tbsp yeast
  4. Use 2 tbsp oil
  5. Provide 2 tbsp dry milk powder

  7. Use 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Provide 1 egg
  9. Take Lukewarm water as required for kneading

  12. Get 8 tbsp Pizza sauce
  13. Take 5 cheese slices or shredded cheese 1 cup
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup sliced capsicums
  15. Use Topping :-
  16. You need Egg wash
  17. Use 1 pinch kalonji seeds
Steps to make Stromboli:
  1. Knead dough by combining together flour, yeast, oil, milk powder, salt, sugar and egg. Add lukewarm water gradually.
  2. The kneaded dough must be soft. Cover and keep in a dark place for 1 hour.
  3. Now roll out the dough in rectangular shape.
  4. Start applying filling. First put pizza sauce then pepperoni slices, capsicum and then cheese.
  5. Turn the end of dough with your fingers and give it a shape like a log/roll.
  6. Brush some egg over it and sprinkle some kalonji seeds over it.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C until nicely golden.
  8. Serve hot with fries and ketchup🥰
