  1. Prepare 2 cup Spaghetti / fettuccini boiled
  2. You need 1/4 kg Boneless chicken cut in small chunks

  5. Use 1 cup Sour cream or mix yogurt with cream(half cup each)
  6. Prepare 1 Onion chopped

  11. You need 1 tsp Pepper powder
  12. Use 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano/thyme

Steps to make Chicken Stroganoff:
  1. Boil spaghetti strain and keep aside.
  2. Mix chicken with little salt, half of paprika and half of pepper powder.
  3. Heat 1tsp oil in a flat bottomed pan and shallow fry the marinated chicken till they turn brown. Remove the chicken from pan.
  4. Now add the butter in pan.Add onion and garlic and fry till they turn translucent.
  5. Add mushrooms and fry till they are almost cooked. Now add chicken, water and wine . Boil them.
  6. Add flour ( mix with half a cup of water before adding to avoid lumps). Boil till the sauce reduces to half.
  7. Now add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and remaining salt, pepper and paprika..cook for 2-3 minutes.8
  8. Toss the spaghetti with the chicken or serve the chicken gravy on the bed of sphagetti.
