  3. Add one tbsp of powdered sugar and salt to taste.
  4. Add little water to knead dough.knead dough and cover it with damp cloth for 2 hours.
  5. It will double in size.After 2 hours knock it down again to the normal size.Now keep it for 30 minutes and it's ready to use.

  7. Make criss cross slits on the Base of the tomatoes and place them.in boiling water for 2, 3 minutes or till the skin begins to peel.
  8. Drain the tomatoes cool slightly, peel and roughly chop them and blend in a mixer to a smooth pulp.Keep aside.
  9. Heat oil in a broad pan add garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
  10. Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
  11. Add the tomato pulp,oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and salt.mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2- 3 minutes.
  12. Add sugar mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
  13. Punch the dough and take out over a floured surface.
  14. Knead for a few minutes and divide.Spread over the baking pan and cover with a kitchen towel and rise it for a few minutes.
  15. Preheat oven to 200 degree F.
  16. Spread sauce over the prepared dough Base and over the mini pizzas with cheese and desired toppings.
  17. Bakers for 20 minutes or until crust is browned. Slice the pizza and serve.
