  1. Take a vessel for kneading dough add flour add baking powder baking soda salt curd and knead soft dough. Cover the dough and rest for 15 minutes
  2. After 15 minutes divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thin. Use fork to prick the pizza base
  3. Take a kadai add some salt. Place the stand place the plate on the top of it.cover it and pre hear kadai for 10 minutes. Now place the rolled pizza base on the plate and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Take it out once get cool spread pizza sauce on the top of it. Spread veggies(here I have saute all the veggies for 2 minutes in open kadai adding butter)
  5. On it and grated cheese. Cook this on tawa. Place pizza on it and close the lid. Cook pizza on low flame for 10 minutes or till cheese melts. Oprn the lid and cook till base gets crispy
