Instructions to make 4 in 1 Pizza:
  1. To prepare pizza base, mix yeast and sugar into warm water and leave it for 5 minutes. Now add this mixture to plain flour and salt mixture and make a soft dough. Add oil and knead until smooth. Cover and keep the dough for 2 hours or until double in size.
  2. To make pizza sauce, boil tomatoes in water for about 10 minutes. Now remove skin and blend them. Now heat olive oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. Now add finely chopped onion and garlic to it and cook it until light pink. Now add prepared tomato paste to it and mix everything well. Add black pepper powder, chilli powder, oregano, sugar, tomato sauce and salt. Mix everything well and cook it until the sauce becomes thick. Let it cool down.
  3. Now take the dough out on a working surface and punch it. Grease a 16 by 12 inch tray with oil or butter. Now roll the dough into a rectangular shape and put it in the tray. Try and cover the whole tray with the dough with the help of your fingers. Now mark it with pizza sauce to make 4 sections.
  4. To make pesto pizza, in one section apply pesto sauce. Add crumbled ricotta cheese on top and put some olives.
  5. To make veggie delight pizza, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on that particular section and top it up with all the veggies.
  6. To make chilli garlic pizza, apply olive oil to that particular section and cover it with crushed garlic. Sprinkle chopped green chillies.
  7. To make margarita pizza, in the last remaining section apply pizza sauce and top it up with a few slices of olives.
  8. Now sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese all over the tray to cover all the 4 types of pizzas. Sprinkle it with oregano and chilli flakes.
  9. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
  10. Drizzle some olive oil in the tray on top of pizza and enjoy hot 4 in 1 pizza.
  11. Note - this measurements will give two big pizza base and 4 small pizza base. You can even pre bake the base and use it later. You will get around 1 cup of pizza sauce from these measurements. This sauce can be prepared earlier and kept in the fridge for later use. It can be even stored in the freezer for 2 - 3 months.
