  1. Use 100 g shrimp prawn medium / / 3½ oz .
  2. Get 100 g couscous / 3½ oz .
  3. Take 100 g arugula rocket / / 3½ oz .
  4. Get 1 vegetable stock cube (or spiced stock cube)
  5. Prepare Garlic salt grinder
  6. Take Lemon juice
Steps to make Camarones y Couscous:
  1. Dissolve the stock cube in 250 ml / 8½ fl. oz. of boiling water and pour over the couscous in a bowl. Cover and stand for five minutes then fluff up with a fork.
