  1. Prepare 1 whole American Sweet Corn
  2. Get to taste Salt
  3. You need 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  4. Take 2 tablespoons all purpose flour (divided)
  5. Provide 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  7. Get 1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
  8. Take 1/2 tsp rock salt
  9. Use 1 tablespoon butter
  10. Provide 1 cup milk
  11. You need Pinch salt
  12. You need 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  13. Take 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
Instructions to make Crispy Corn Fries:
  1. Take one American Sweet Corn and cut into roundels of about three to four centimetres. Then insert a toothpick from the middle of kernels and separate the corn from the stem with the help of a sharp knife from both sides of kernels. Make about thirty such sticks.
  2. Heat water in a pan,add salt to taste. When the water boils,put these sticks and boil for about four to five minutes. Strain and place them on a plate. Let it cool then sprinkle about two tablespoons of corn starch and one tablespoon of all purpose flour. Let it stand for sometime.. Heat oil in a pan, dust off the extra flour and deep fry.
  3. Make a mixture of dry spices and sprinkle on fries.
  4. Cheese Sauce: Heat one tablespoon of butter,add to it remaining one tablespoon of all purpose flour, roast for a minute, then add one cup of milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Now add grated cheese. Stir till thick. Serve with corn fries.
