- Use Salt & Pepper
- Prepare Oil for cooking
- Provide Toasted Sesame Seeds *OR Ground Chilli, Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), etc
- Get <Sauce>
- Use 1 clove Garlic *grated
- Prepare 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Use 1 small piece Ginger *grated
- Prepare 2-4 tablespoons Honey
- You need 2 tablespoons Sake (Rice Wine) OR Water
