- Get 500 ml 100% apple juice
- Use 50 grams Sugar
- Take 40 ml Lemon juice
- Prepare Meringue
- You need 1 ◎ Egg white

- Pour apple juice in a freezer-safe bowl.
- Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well with a whisk to dissolve the sugar.

- Take it out when it's completely frozen.
- Scrape the sherbet with a spoon and transfer to a serving bowl.
