  2. You need 1 pack mascarpone cheese
  3. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla paste
  4. You need Half a slab of 70% cocoa solids chocolate for decoration

  6. You need 1 third of a block of salted butter

  1. Crush digestive biscuits in a large pan. Gently melt the butter in the microwave or a small saucepan and add to the crushed biscuits.
  2. Add the large squeeze of honey and mix together with a fork until blended.
  3. Press into an 8 inch springform cake tin and smooth down until firm, place into fridge.
