The ingredients needed to make Hasselback Potato:
- Take 2 Medium potatoes
- Get 2 tsp Olive oil
- Prepare Robertson's Aromatic potato Rub
- Take 2-3 Rashers bacon
- Provide 2 slices cheese
- Prepare Rave Sauce
Instructions to make Hasselback Potato:
- Preheat oven at 190°. Wash/scrub a bit potatoes and then pat them dry. Slice the potatoes to about three-quarters of the way
- Brush with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, place on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins.
- Remove from oven and brush with remaining 1 tsp of olive oil and season With potato spice and bake for about 25 minutes again
- Cut cheese and Bacon to smaller pieces and place in between the potato slices. Careful not to burn and place in oven for about 10 minutes
