- You need 4 medium russet potatoes
- You need 1 packages chicken tenderloins
- Prepare 4 green onions
- Take 4 slice bacon
- Provide 1 packages Casserole mix of cheese
- Take 1 butter
- Provide 1 salt
- Use 1 pepper
Instructions to make Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon to almost done. You want it a little under done. Cut into smaller before cooking.
- Cut potatoes into small pieces. Take half of them and place them along bottom of casserole dish. Lightly salt and pepper.
- Cut chicken into small pieces and layer on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper lightly again.
- Cover in cheese. Take half of bacon and half of the green onions after chopping them up (green stalks only) and sprinkle onto layer.
- Take remaining potatoes and layer and them on top.
